Bookings

A place is confirmed when payment is received. Confirmation is sent by email.

Cancellations and transfers

Transfers to another date are free with at least 7 days notice. Cancellations with 14 days or more notice receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice are non refundable but a substitute delegate can attend.

Our right to cancel

If we have to cancel a course we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

Certificates

Certificates are issued on successful completion of the course assessment.
